Eifelblick Apartment: This 57-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a country house style and consists of
- a living/dining room with a cosy couch area featuring a stereo system, LCD TV, DVD player, and reading lamp. The dining area features a centrally heated tiled stove with a cosy wood-burning bench, a table, and two chairs.
- a bedroom with a double bed, hypoallergenic mattresses, nightstands, a 5-door wardrobe, and a safe inside the closet.
- A bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, towels, and basic supplies including toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and soap.
- A kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, egg cooker, blender, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked. Also included is a basic supply of kitchen towels/dishcloths, dish soap, coffee filters, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.
- A south-east-facing terrace with an unobstructed, sweeping view of the beautiful Eifel landscape and the fountain in the front yard. Garden chairs with cushions, a table, and a parasol.
You’ll also find the following in our house:

• Garden with a badminton/football field and a bocce court

• Barbecue area in the garden

• Use of the washing machine and dryer available upon request

• The fitness area with a sunroom that is accessible at all times

• Wellness area, which can be booked as an add-on

• Parking available right in front of the house

• Lockable storage for bicycles and e-bikes, including charging stations, in a garage

• Free Wi-Fi





Our building, named “Marianne” consists of 4 apartments with a fitness and wellness area and a large garden. You’ll find the house in the small, charming village of Langscheid in the volcanic Eastern Eifel, near the Nürburgring, at an elevation of 550 m.
Langscheid is a state-recognized tourist resort and is situated in the heart of the truly unique juniper heath. We offer you magnificent views and one-of-a-kind nature right at your “doorstep,” with scenic trails that lead directly past the house.

On-site costs: The rental price includes bed linens, towels, hair dryer, kitchen towels, dish soap, coffee filters, sponges, and trash bags; a locked garage for bicycles with the option to charge e-bikes; a selection of indoor and outdoor games; and use of the fitness area. We offer additional services for an extra charge. Use of the wellness area for your exclusive use: • Sauna and infrared cabin for 3 hours, including a steam infusion, a soft drink, and towels—€20.00 per person. Locked garage for €10.00 for your car. You may bring 2 dogs per apartment. The price is €8.00 per day.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
