Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es macht alles einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Nur, dass eine Baustelle um und im Haus war, war etwas schade. Wir bekamen jedoch eine Vergütung. Bei Problemen sehr gute Betreuung. Preis für m2 unter Dachschräge hoch. Eingang sehr eng.

Sehr sympathische kleine Wohnung - ideal zum Alleinreisen, geht aber auch zu zweit oder dritt
Sehr sympathische kleine Wohnung - ideal zum Alleinreisen, geht aber auch zu zweit oder dritt. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was es braucht aber ohne Kitsch und Schnickschnack (dafür: handgetöpfertes Geschirr - wo gibt´s denn noch so was? ;-) ). Vom Esstisch aus direkter Blick auf´s ruhige Watt - und doch nur 7 Minuten bis zum tosenden Meer am Sandstrand - Rantum macht´s möglich - also: perfekte Lage!
Einziger Hinweis: steile Treppen (erst in die Wohnung, dann ins Spitzdach) muß man gehen können... War schon zwei mal hier und komme gerne wieder!

Optisch macht das Appartement einen guten Eindruck, weist aber doch ein paar Mängel auf. Das Schlafzimmer ist unter dem Dach und am ersten Morgen tropfte meinem Mann Kondenswasser ins Gesicht. Wir sind dann auf das Schlafsofa umgezogen , haben dann noch festgestellt, dass auf dem Matratzenschoner ein bräunlicher Fleck ist. Das Schlafsofa war sehr hart. In einigen Ecken der Räume waren tote Fliegen o.ä. und unser Hund hat Weihnachtsstollenreste auf dem Boden gefunden. Im fensterlosen Badezimmer war eine der Lampen kaputt, war also etwas zu dunkel .
Wir haben das Appartement ein Tag vorher verlassen , aufgrund der Schlafsituation. Der Blick auf das Wattenmeer beim Frühstück war mein persönliches Highlight.
Die Eigentümerin hat uns kontaktiert und ist uns preislich entgegenkommen und wird sich mit der Verwaltung in Verbindung setzen, aufgrund der mangelhaften Reinigung. Für das Dachfenster wird auch nach einer anderen Lösung gesucht.
