Charming and functional country house located in the heart of the La Birochère district, quietly set at the end of a lane, just 700 m from the beach and thalassotherapy center, and 350 m from the Old Port.
This 55 m² Pornic-style house features a living room with TV, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and washbasin, a fitted kitchen (2 hotplates, 2 burners, and a mini oven) with direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm), a bright living area with a pull-out sofa bed (90 cm), a bathroom with washing machine, and separate toilet. Enjoy the enclosed, tree-lined garden with a west-facing terrace, outdoor furniture, and barbecue.
Parking is available in front of the house on the lane.
One pet is allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
