Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau, auch die (einfache) Einrichtung/Möbel sind neu. Die Kaffeemaschine (Tchibo Kapseln) Achtung keine Nespresso Kapseln möglich - braucht mehrere Anläufe bis eine Tasse Kaffee voll ist.Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung.
