Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal.Die Wohnung ist okay, wenn auch sehr klein (bedingt durch die Schrankbetten).Bei gutem Wetter ist das alles okay, aber nicht zum längerem Aufhalten bei schlechtem Wetter).Die Gesamtsituation (durch die Sperrung der oberen Etagen, Keller: spooky, ..) im Haus Kaiserhof ist nicht ideal.
