Beautiful Guest House Studio near World Class Golf Resorts

7 Night Minimum.

This is a super clean studio with a private entrance in the heart of world-class golf courses and beaches. Perfect for those coming to the area for work or play.

There are beautiful wood-plank style tile floors, wood-clad windows, large kitchen area, and full-size bathroom with tub. The studio has wonderful airflow when the door and windows are open. Catch breezes all the way from the ocean. We do have a portable air conditioner that we install during the warmer months (July thru September).

The full-size kitchen features white modern cabinets and butcher block counters, and everything you need for cooking your favorite meals, including utensils, plates, full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop, and a mini-oven.

The living/sleeping area features high cathedral ceilings, beautiful real wood-clad windows, a wardrobe closet, 42" flat screen TV, Wi Fi, and Seally queen-size bed. There's also a queen-size futon bed.

Washer/dryer is available in the main house.

This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We are only 5 miles to the beach; 2 miles to La Costa Resort and Hyatt Aviara; 5 miles to Legoland, GIA and to factory outlets. 8 miles to Cal State San Marcos and Palomar college. Palomar airport is a 4 miles away.

San Diego proper is approximately 25 minutes south; Los Angeles downtown is approximately 1-1/2 hours north (depending on traffic). Orange County approximately 45 minutes north.

Great Location Studio

This was a great little studio in a spectacular location. The pool was beautiful and the owners were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay it was a bit hot while we were there but I've heard that usually the ocean breezes keep it cooler.

We really enjoyed staying there. Flat is clean and quiet. The bed and futon were both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Swimming pool is perfect. Mina and Mark are great host.

The place was nice and quiet. However, host double booked my unit and I stayed in another unit he owns for 10 of my 30 days -which was a forty minute drive from my grandkids. The circuit breaker went out on my booked unit and he fixed it but sent me a photo of the whole house circuit breaker so I could fix it myself, along with a note to not use more than one appliance at a time. Place was clean, but no dishwasher and the dishes had not been professionally cleaned. I had to ask for a time to do laundry, which was their house washer, and was given his wife’s number to text to verify it was ok at that time to come into their home. I would have preferred a pre arranged schedule so as to know I was not interrupting them I would not do this again.

Clean, comfortable, great value.

For the price, this place was an exceptional value. Quite location and very clean. I happened to hit a heat streak so not having AC was a major bummer, but from what I understand, the really high temps were very unusually. Owners were very helpful and responsive. I was grateful for their hospitality. Everything was exactly as pictured in their ad, which I really appreciate. No surprises.

Clean and quiet get-away.

House was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great for a couple. The bed and pull-out futon are all in one room, so no privacy for more than one couple. Very nice linens and towels. Full kitchen. Everything you need for a great stay! We didn't end up using the pool or hot tub because we were out and about too much. But it looked nice. Great sea-breeze coming through open windows. No AC, but we didn't need it! Temps were amazing!!

Great place! Right in the heart of San Diego.

I loved it. Everything you need! Very clean place and quite. Extra bed for a guest I could use . Nice beth room; the kitchen is more than you need for the vacation. Close to everything North County has to offer and it's private and offers nice great views, a quiet neighborhood and a beautiful pool and spa. Close to beach but far enough inland for warmer weather and more sunshine year round. Beach is only 4 miles and world-class golf courses are abundant.
La Costa Resort in only 2 miles away.
Lego Land ---10 min or 4 miles.
Sea World ----30 min or 25 miles.
Wild Animal Park ---25-30 min.
San Diego Zoo ---- 30 min
Disneyland---60-70 min.
Hollywood---90 min.
Tijuana, Mexico---45-50 min.

What makes this property unique

Beautifully designed and private casita/studio near world-class golf courses and beautiful So Cal beaches. San Diego is 35 minutes to the south and Orange County is a tad over an hour to the north.
