befindet sich direkt am Flußufer, alleinstehend auf einer Grundfläche von ca. 400 qm mitten im Grünen.
Ausgestattet mit 1 SZ, 1 komb. Wohn-Schlafraum, Küchenzeile, DU/WC , große vorgelagerte Terrasse und Elektroheizung.
Größe ca. 36 qm
Die Ferienwohnungen
befinden sich im OG unseres Wohnhauses auf einer Ebene mit ca. 120 qm miteinander nach Größe der Reisegruppe kombinierbar.
3 x DU/WC, Wohnküche für ca 6 Personen, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 x Komb. Wohn-Schlafzimmer
Alle Objekte
befinden sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zum Fluß.
Bootssteg mit Hollywoodschaukel und Ruderboot Incl., Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück,
Separater Grillhof mit kleiner Liegewiese für die Gäste.
