The kitchen is fully equipped, and an adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four with additional seating at the raised kitchen bar for four. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinetry, granite counters/dining bar with 4 bar stools & all new appliances. Each bedroom has two double beds with new soft bedding, (TV in master bedroom - streaming only) and adjoining full baths. The front bedroom also features a private screened porch accessible only from this bedroom. The master bedroom has a door to access the back deck as well as a walk-through closet which adjoins the bath. A laundry room located by the front entry hall has a full-sized washer/dryer for guest use. The community has an outdoor pool, charcoal grills and picnic area, tennis courts with basketball goal for outdoor guest activities. The community is directly located on Oyster Bay Golf Links along the 2nd hole and is a short drive to Sunset Beach which is a scenic barrier island beach with high dunes and soft white sand.
