Welcome to our WatzmannGlück holiday rental! We’re delighted that you’ve chosen to spend your precious holiday time with us. Our apartment is in a fantastic location... whether you want to go hiking, take mountain tours, or simply explore our beautiful surroundings. One thing is certain: you won’t get bored.
You can reach all nearby recreational activities and events on foot, by bike, car, or bus.
A special feature of the apartment is that it has a separate entrance. Another great perk is the bakery right in the building. Here, you can stock up on the best baked goods far and wide for your breakfast.

Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. You’ll feel right at home in the spacious and cosy kitchen/living/dining area. If anything is missing, please let us know. A bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200) and a living room couch that can be converted into a sofa bed in just a few simple steps provides additional space for 2 adults. The bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. In the summer, feel free to enjoy the terrace with a view of the Watzmann and a sun awning!

Dogs (up to a maximum shoulder height of 55 cm) are welcome upon request. Please note that we do not accept any dogs on the banned breeds list!!
Here in Berchtesgaden and the surrounding area, a breathtaking mountain landscape awaits you. Whether you prefer leisurely walks or hikes and mountain tours, you’ll find something to suit your tastes. We have a request for our guests: Please research your options thoroughly in advance to ensure your itinerary matches your fitness level and physical condition. Of course, having the right equipment is also essential.
With the Maxl app from Bergerlebnis Berchtesgaden, you can plan all your leisure activities in advance. A digital guest card is also available in the app. You’ll receive all the relevant information after completing your booking.
