The vacation home is situated on a southwestern-facing, well-established lot of approximately 650 m², bordered by a Frisian wall typical of the island. The spacious natural stone terrace and the garden landscaped with dune grass create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. High-quality teak garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a beach chair invite you to linger and underscore the luxurious yet cozy character of this special vacation home.
The name BEACHHOUSE is reflected throughout the interior. Light beach colors such as white, beige, and gray, combined with select beach accessories and elegant Long Island-style elements, give the house its stylish and luxurious appeal. The rooms feel open, bathed in light, and at the same time cozy—a retreat that is a rarity on Sylt. Three HD LED TVs, Wi-Fi, and the Sonoros stereo system provide entertainment.
The first floor features an inviting entryway with a coat closet, a spacious living and dining room, a separate modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. This level is complemented by practical storage space and a washing machine.
The upper floor offers several individually designed retreats: a large “Hampton”-style bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, a study with a desk and an additional single bed, and a modern shower room. A spacious staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find the approximately 25 m² Long Island Suite with exposed beams, a double bed, and modern media amenities.
A real highlight is the separate, small sauna house with a Finnish sauna and steam room. After a leisurely stroll through Keitum, along the mudflats, or after a day at the beach on Sylt, the sauna offers pure relaxation and turns your vacation into an exclusive wellness experience—regardless of the season. Two parking spaces and a bike rack for four bicycles round out the amenities.

The house owes its name to its interior design. We used mainly beach colors such as white, beige, and gray, decorated with plenty of beach accessories, and incorporated Long Island-style elements.
The result is a vacation retreat that is one of a kind on Sylt.


The first floor includes the entryway with a built-in coat closet and staircase, a 30 m² living/dining room, a separate, modern, and fully equipped kitchen (9 m²), and a shower room.

Here you’ll also find a storage room for your luggage and beverages, as well as the boiler room with the Miele washing machine.

On the upper floor are the hallway with a small loft, the large “Hampton” bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, a study with a desk and a single bed, and a shower room.

A spacious staircase leads you to the attic. There you’ll find the 25 m² Long Island Suite with exposed beams, a double bed, a built-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

The BEACHHOUSE is situated on a 650 m² southwestern-facing lot with mature landscaping, surrounded by a Frisian wall typical of the island. A large natural stone terrace and a garden landscaped with dune grass invite you to relax on teak patio furniture and sun loungers. Of course, a beach chair is also provided.

A separate, private sauna house (Finnish and steam).

House Rules/Pricing Info:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.

Plus a one-time fee: €269 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Additional services that can be booked directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Bringing a dog (max. 1): €15.00 per night
- Early check-in: €60.00 one-time fee
