Apartment 'Spreequartier' with Lake View, private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Our apartment is located directly on the small Spree in the Lusatian heath pond landscape. The house is the penultimate in the village, before you can walk, walk, cycle and relax in the pond area.your terrace is located on the river with access to the garden. There you can enjoy nature in peace or take a sunbath and throw on the barbecue.

There are many signposted cycling and hiking trails and you have a good connection to the main road, highway and public transport.

You can reach shopping facilities and shops in a few minutes by bike or bus. The border triangle, Lusatian Lakeland, Zittau Mountains and Elbe Sandstone Mountains as well as the beautiful city of Dresden can be reached in about an hour by car or train. In the immediate vicinity we have the one thousand year old city of Bautzen and the reservoir Bautzen with high ropes course, mini golf course and beach bar. The dinosaur park Kleinwelka is only about ten kilometers away where you can get lost in an adjacent maze. Your accommodation is located in a very modern house, newly furnished with the latest technology, we are very fond of children!

Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Rundweg der Tausend Teiche.

Pros: Zunächst einmal war der Check in Prozess sehr gut, da persönlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Rundweges der Tausend Teiche, man kann hier lange spazieren gehen, schöne Radtouren unternehmen sowie die Flora & Fauna der Natur bewundern. Die Ausflugsziele sind alle gut an die Verkehrsverbindung angebunden. Die Vermieterin bot uns einen Brötchendienst an, den wir gerne annahmen. Die kleine Spree fließt an der Gartenterrasse vorbei und auch hier kann man schon einmal die Flora & Fauna genießen. Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Wohnhaus: pefekt saniert, gelegen im ruhigen Lausitzer Teichland

Pros: Sehr freundliche liebevolle Gastgeber. Die Innenausstattung ist sauber, ordentlich und pragmatisch, ausgerichtet auf eine angenehme Wohnlichkeit. Diese wird durch die gute Harmonie von moderer und historischer Einrichtung noch befördert. Der Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit in Bachnähe lädt zum Verweilen und zur Naturbeobachtung ein. Alle umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B: Bad Muskau, Görlitz, Oybin, Bautzen, sind bequem zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Urlaubsquartier gerne weiter.
