"Haus am See" is located right on Lake Schwerin, on a spacious property surrounded by beautiful nature.

Here you can relax in bright, spacious, and comfortably furnished rooms, as well as in the cosy garden, on the terrace, and on the property’s own swimming dock.

The house can accommodate families and groups of friends of up to 6 people.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
From A for “baking dish” to K for “coffee maker”
to Z for “hand blender,” everything an ambitious home cook could need is provided.

Tea towels, kitchen towels, a sponge, pot holders, dish soap, and a few starter tabs for the dishwasher are provided upon arrival.

Whether at our long table or at a smaller table with chairs for adults and children, you can enjoy hearty meals and lively conversation.

A good night’s sleep is important to us.
All beds are wonderfully cosy and extra-long (200x220 cm).
Down comforters wrapped in high-quality bedding and a selection of two types of pillows invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

In both bathrooms, fluffy, hotel-quality towels in two sizes, as well as washcloths, are provided for our guests.
Our “Haus Am See” beach towels are available specifically for swimming in the lake.

One of our bedrooms on the ground floor features an attached workspace in a quiet, secluded setting.
From the height-adjustable desk, you can work in a contemplative atmosphere while taking in the vast expanse of the lake.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless internet access.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for guests arriving in an electric car.
Billing is based on the current electricity rate per kWh.

To ensure that guests with allergies also have a pleasant stay, we ask for your understanding that pets must remain at home.

For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide our “Kids’ Kit” upon request, which includes a cot, baby bathtub, changing pad, nappy pail, hooded towel, and high chair.

And for anyone who’d like to swim out far across the lake, two swimming buoys are available for your safety.

The ping-pong table can easily be moved into the cosy shade of the trees or the house. A net, two paddles, and balls are waiting for you.

In the shade of the trees, you’ll also find a sandpit with all kinds of sand toys for hours of castle-building.
