Our new 80-square-meter holiday rental on the ground floor features a cosy living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove invite you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (including freezer), oven, stove, and coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired. The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a large double bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a reading nook, and a spacious closet. Bedroom 2 features a double bed (140x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), a chest of drawers, seating, and an open wardrobe. The bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and large mirror, rounds out the space. You can wash your clothes using the washing machine and clothes rack in the utility room. The holiday rental includes a covered patio with a charcoal grill and dining area. Right next door, the sunbathing area by the Mühlbach stream invites you to relax. Seating is provided. Our holiday rental is located about 1 km from the nearest village, idyllically nestled in nature. Within sight is a bike path from which you can explore the Upper Franconian landscape along the Franconian Line. In the town of Kulmbach, about 9 km away, you can sample Franconian cuisine in the old town or explore the history of Plassenburg Castle with its tin figure museum. Kulmbach is also known for its various types of beer and the annual beer festival. A visit to the brewery museum is definitely worthwhile. Drahtmühle is a district of Ludwigschorgast in the Kulmbach district. Wire was produced here around 1700. Later, in the early 19th century, it became a flour mill, and in the 20th century, it was used as a sawmill. Now it lies quietly and idyllically nestled in nature. The sawmill buildings are still visible, though they have been out of operation for several years. An ideal place to take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking). Group events are not permitted. Pet fee: 25.00 euros per pet per stay. Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
