Superb gîte located 2 km from the St Jean d'Arves ski slopes (free winter shuttle 200 m away) linking St Sorlin d'Arves to the Sybelles ski area (Maurienne's 1st ski area, 310 km of slopes). Traditional village in summer 550 m² plot, terrace, barbecue. Located at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer, bike and motorcycle lock-up in the heart of Arvan-Villard, a massif characterized by 3 majestic Aiguilles d'Arves towering at 3514m and the Etendard glacier at 3464m. Multitude of sporting activities

A quiet village where you can enjoy the sunny, flower-filled terrace in front of a barbecue and swings to keep the kids occupied.

House in authentic village just 2 km from Les Sybelles ski area (310 km of pistes).

Easy access by car, or take the free shuttle bus 100 m from the rental to the foot of the slopes. In a quiet location, this rental benefits from a large plot of land where children can enjoy the pleasures of the snow.

In summer, nestled at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer, it's the starting point for many hikes. For cyclists and bikers, you're at the heart of the Tour de France's major mountain passes, and there's a lock-up for bikes.
