Enjoy a relaxing holiday year-round in our beautiful Norddeich.
This ground-floor holiday rental was completely renovated and modernised in 2026 by the same owner who previously renovated Residenz Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 in 2022 at the same address in the neighbouring building.

This apartment now offers every comfort as well. In addition to new flooring made of modern tiles and vinyl and a new kitchen, all the furnishings (beds, sofa, etc.) have been replaced with high-quality pieces. The new bathroom now also features a walk-in shower.
In Apartment 3 Wilma, all windows are equipped with pleated blinds, and there are also electrically operated roller shutters. The terrace faces the sunny side and is furnished with patio furniture.
As a special feature, just like in the other two Residenz holiday apartments, you are welcome to bring a dog (no other pets allowed).

Upon request, we can provide a dog bed complete with a pillow and bowls.
These are available in 3 different sizes and cost €5.00 per night.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street yet is still close to the centre of Norddeich. It’s about a 1,000-meter walk—about 10–12 minutes—to the dike. The North Sea, the Wadden Sea, and the sandy beaches are right on your doorstep. East Frisia is particularly well-suited for beautiful bike rides and unique excursions. Be sure to visit the seal sanctuary, the Waloseum, the Ocean Wave water park, and, of course, East Frisia’s completely redesigned maritime waterfront on the beach in Norddeich.

The Holiday Rental
The heart of the apartment is once again the beautifully laid-out living room. The high-quality sofa, identical in design to the one in the other unit, is perfect for relaxing. Perfect entertainment is guaranteed thanks to the large wall-mounted TV. A completely redesigned ceiling lighting system provides pleasant, warm light.
The new kitchen features high-quality appliances and is generously equipped. The bedroom features a new 2.00 m x 2.00 m double bed; in addition to a spacious closet and a chest of drawers, it also includes a flat-screen TV.
The modern tiled bathroom is particularly well-designed, featuring a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a modern
vanity unit with a worktop sink.
Wi-Fi, a Miele washing machine, and an ironing board and iron round out the amenities. This is a non-smoking apartment.
