The thatched "Grüne Kate" is a cosy holiday home for up to 6 people, set in a park-like garden. The "Grüne Kate" is part of a complex with several thatched cottages.
The garden is secluded behind a wall.
The house has three bedrooms. The ground floor features the kitchen, the living room, and the dining area, as well as the bathroom and one bedroom.
Upstairs, under the roof, there are two additional bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a bathroom there.
Lassan is situated on the Peenestrom. It is a charming little town in Western Pomerania with houses in many colours. The town borders directly on the Usedom Nature Park. The Vorwerk district is a former estate village. Shopping on foot is easily accessible. The Lassaner Winkel is just right for those seeking a quiet holiday in the fresh sea air with Usedom’s sunny weather, without the daily hustle and bustle on the beach or traffic jams on the island.
The Vorwerk district is a former estate village, right on the outskirts of Lassan, a small town with a harbour. Lassan itself is situated on the banks of the Peene River, which is about 300 m from the house. Shopping on foot is easy. A “Hacken-Porsche” (with a compartment for frozen foods!) is available for this purpose. You can enjoy wonderful walks right from the house. You can also go by bike. Right next door, you can rent bikes at usedomrad.de.
A special feature is the secluded garden, where the garden shed stands and the rowing boat is moored—perfect for taking a leisurely spin across the pond.
Another special feature is that we have an 11 kV charging station for electric vehicles.
You can also cast a line in the garden. And then the fish—roach, zander, cod, or even a rudd—can go straight onto the grill.
