Spacious half-timbered house in a romantic garden

The 113 m² Graue Kate is the largest of the houses available for rent. Here, two former farmworkers’ houses have been connected and furnished as a charming holiday rental for six people (plus a sleeper sofa): On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining room, there is a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a study. This room can also accommodate a portable cot. The kitchen and one bathroom each offer a view of the spacious garden. The upper floor is popular for its high-ceilinged bedrooms under the converted roof trusses, as well as for its view of the thatched roof with its dormers. Each of the two stylishly furnished rooms has two beds; one also features a sleeper sofa, while the other has a toilet.

Lassan is situated on the banks of the Peenestrom. It is a charming little town in Western Pomerania with houses in many colours. The town borders directly on the Usedom Nature Park. The Vorwerk district is a former estate village. Shopping on foot is easy. The Lassan area is just right for those seeking a quiet holiday in the fresh sea air and Usedom’s sunny weather, without the daily hustle and bustle on the beach or traffic jams on the island.

The Vorwerk district is a former estate village, right on the outskirts of Lassan, a small town with a harbour. Lassan itself is situated on the banks of the Peene River, which is about 300 m from the house. Shopping on foot is easy. A “Hacken-Porsche” (with a compartment for frozen foods!) is available for this purpose. You can enjoy wonderful walks right from the house. You can also go by bike. A special feature is the secluded garden, where the garden shed stands and the rowing boat is moored—perfect for taking a leisurely trip around the pond.
