For shared use: property (fenced), lawn and trees, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax. 200 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1.2 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bar 1.1 km, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach "La Sciumara" 1 km. Sports harbour 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: La Maddalena Island 5 km, Olbia 40 km, Porto Cervo 32 km, Santa Teresa 25 km, Arzachena 14 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
