This fully independent holiday studio flat offers total privacy, being separated from the owners' residence by a charming inner courtyard. It is perfect for accommodating two guests or a solo traveller, with a bright and spacious living area that combines comfort and functionality.
The interior of the studio is cosy and well furnished, featuring a living area with a sofa that easily converts into a comfortable pull-out bed with an 18 cm thick mattress. There is also a dining table, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances: cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a skylight, shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered private veranda with a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco meals overlooking the sea and San Pietro Island. Breathtaking sunsets can be admired in the extensive grounds that include a belvedere furnished with garden chairs, as well as hammocks and deckchairs in the pine grove for moments of absolute relaxation. The nearest house is over 300 metres away, ensuring complete tranquillity.
