Luxury Villa Nerra with a private hydro-massage pool (30 m²), sauna, jacuzzi, and gym represents a modern designer villa.Located in Medulin, Istria, it is just 230 meters from the sea and the nearest beach. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV and have access to the pool. A few steps lead to a special lounge area, the Wine Cellar. The villa also has an elevator for your convenience.



The second floor consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to an outdoor terrace where you can dine with friends or family. On the other side of the floor, there is a balcony and a guest WC.



On the third floor, you can work out in the gym and then relax in the spa area, which offers a jacuzzi and sauna with a stunning view of the sea and the town of Medulin, which truly leaves everyone breathless. On this floor, there is also the fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a TV, a private bathroom, and access to an outdoor terrace with a direct view of the sea.



Also available to you are table tennis, table football, two electric car charging stations, and an outdoor grill. Upon request, the pool can also be heated.
