In the heart of France, in the heart of the Cantal region, lies the medieval village of Laroquebrou on the banks of the Cère!

A studio with a queen-size bed awaits you in our historic barn. From the window, you’ll have a view of the castle ruins, while the murmur of the Cère lulls you to sleep.

Another bonus: The hidden garden is at your disposal—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The Accommodation
The studio offers a great view of the castle ruins. In addition to the queen-size bed, there’s a sleeper sofa, so it can sleep up to 3 people.

The small kitchenette has everything you need to cook for yourself.

The large common area on the ground floor, complete with a ping-pong table and a punchbag, is available to all residents of the barn, as is the garden with its seating area and grill.

Guest Access
The ground-floor hall, with its ping-pong table and punchbag, invites you to stay active. In the garden, you can relax in the seating area or fire up the grill. A special spot is the old stone bench against the wall of the house—the perfect place to listen to the river and enjoy the evening sun.

Additional Important Information
Despite its small size, Laroquebrou offers everything you need for daily life: a well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, and a deli. There is also a pharmacy, a pet supply store, and a doctor’s office.
For excursions into the charming surrounding area, you can rent e-bikes in town. The train station makes it easy to arrive and depart, as well as to explore the region.
