This family-friendly holiday resort is beautifully nestled in the Mediterranean landscape of the Emilia-Romagna region, in the hinterland of Cesenatico. The long sandy beach of Gatteo Mare is just 4 km away. The resort itself consists of comfortable holiday apartments and a beautifully landscaped pool with an included children’s pool, massage jets for adults, and sun loungers available to guests. Additional amenities at the resort include: an exclusive private spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxation area (for a fee), a restaurant serving excellent Italian cuisine, a bar, and an on-site riding stable (riding lessons are offered for a fee).
The comfortable two-room apartment Bilocale B is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to 5 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bunk bed and a single bed in the open living area. The living area also features a well-equipped kitchenette, a table with chairs, and a satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and a hair dryer. Underfloor climate control ensures a comfortable environment. The private, furnished terrace with a view of the garden is the perfect place to relax. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
POOL
The property features a beautifully landscaped and heated swimming pool. It includes a shallow area for children, a jacuzzi area with massage jets, and a large swimming pool. Sun loungers for relaxation are available for guests on the sun deck.
BEACH
The long, gently sloping beaches of the Riviera Romagnola are just 4 km away. In addition to the option to rent umbrellas and lounge chairs, the region’s beach resorts offer a variety of entertainment options such as pedal boat rentals, playgrounds, volleyball courts, banana boats, and much more. The beach is accessible by car or conveniently by bike.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Families with children are warmly welcomed at the resort. The swimming pool features a separate area for our youngest guests. High chairs and cots can be provided upon advance reservation.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
In addition to the beautiful pool area, the resort features its own on-site riding stable. Here you have the opportunity to take riding lessons (for a fee).

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Cesenatico is located about 20 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. In the centre is the beautiful, historic harbour, where you can take a relaxing stroll along the harbour canal. The vibrant old town is also worth seeing. Here you’ll find many seafood restaurants and other eateries, as well as nightclubs. Markets with all kinds of stalls are held every Friday and Tuesday. Those looking for a cultural experience can visit the Antiquarium with its archaeological finds, the Maritime Museum, or the art gallery in Cesenatico. The Cesenatico region is a great starting point for excursions. Nearby are the city of San Marino, which is situated on Monte Titano and has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Rimini, home to the Cattolica Aquarium. If you’re travelling with children, be sure to visit the Atlantica Water Park in Cesenatico. The park offers plenty of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is a great choice, where you can see lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! Cesena is home to another UNESCO attraction: the Malatesta Library, considered the oldest fully preserved municipal library in Europe.
