The 60 m² apartment features a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Enjoy your evenings on the private balcony, the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.

Beautiful studio with 60 square meters for 2 people and sunny balcony, as well as cozy apartment with 45 square meters and large balcony with stunning views of the countryside. Our house, in an idyllic location with a large garden, is 1 km from the lake. Cable TV. Non smoking studio.

Wunderschön am Bodensee

Pros: Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, tolle Lage, ruhig aber zentral, schöne Wohnung, sehr gepflegt, besonders schöner Garten. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten Gastgeber Herr und Frau Riedel. Immer sehr bemüht uns mit tollen Tipps für Tagestouren zu versorgen. Das kleine Schwätzchen oder gemeinsame Gläschen sorgte für eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt am Bodensee. Urlaub bei Fam. Riedel in Kippenhausen - sehr zu empfehlen

Haus/ Studio mit absolutem Wohlfühlcharakter

Pros: Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt, mit persönlicher Note. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich sofort sehr willkommen und zu Hause.
