Spacious loft with a view of the Moselle for an unforgettable holiday

This spacious loft apartment (95 sqm) is located on the top floor of the former "Oscar Haussmann" winery and is perfect for an active family vacation. The windows offer beautiful views of the Moselle, the castle ruins, and the vineyards.

If you are arriving by car, our private guest parking lot is available on the street. Each apartment has an assigned parking space including a wallbox for charging electric vehicles. There is a separate storage room next to the parking lot for bicycles or similar items.

Arriving by train is just as convenient, as Traben-Trarbach is connected to the train network (the train station is 800 m away).

Thanks to its central location, many cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are within easy walking distance.

A wonderful children's playground is just 2 minutes away on the banks of the Moselle, and there are numerous activities for children and young people, such as a climbing park, a swimming pool, mini golf, a skate park, and an outdoor pool in the neighboring town – new attractions are constantly being added (please ask us)...

Our attic apartment has been recently renovated. We have nevertheless managed to preserve the distinctive character of the old building – with the original floorboards, solid wood doors, and partially exposed slate stone walls. We have placed great emphasis on contemporary and comfortable furnishings.

The apartment is divided into three units: in the loft area, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bedroom (double bed for the parents) are separated by alcoves – but without doors.

The bathroom and children's room are separate rooms and separated from the loft area by doors.

Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The parents' bed/double bed is 180x200 cm, has a comfortable height, and a free footboard. The bed can be further screened from the living area with flexible screens. By rotating the TV module, you can also watch TV in bed.

The children's room is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables, and shelves. A desk with cube seating invites you to paint and play. The room is large and has a walk-in closet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and hand-held sink.

A large round dining table with comfortable upholstered chairs offers space for hearty meals and game nights.

The cozy corner sofa is perfect for relaxing, and if you bring your Fire Stick, you can watch your favorite content on the TV.

In the bathroom, our guests can enjoy the walk-in shower with a rain shower. In addition to a large vanity and a toilet, there is also a bidet and a vanity table.

Shared with other guests: the landscaped courtyard with various seating areas, a dining table, and a barbecue.
