Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Für die ältere Generation ist der Treppenaufstieg eher ungeeignet. Und das WC ist unten- das sollte man ebenfalls beachten. Also wer nachts oft raus muss ;-) dem steht erstmal der Abstieg bevor. Der See ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.

Positiv: Lage direkt am See und RuheNegativ: KEIN INTERNET Null Empfang,Sauberkeit: Haare im Duschabfluss, Küchenschränke schmierig, alle Wände schmutzig, im Bett kann man liegen man darf sich nur nicht bewegen es quietscht extra und dadurch wird man ständig wach, 80iger Jahre Style,das Häuschen braucht dringend eine Renovierung
