Newly completed apartment in spring 2021 with cozy furnishings offers enough space for 4 people. The separate bedroom has a walk-in closet. A high-quality sofa bed, 140 cm wide, is located in the living area. The modern kitchenette with dishwasher and a flat-screen TV in both the living and sleeping areas contribute to a pleasant stay. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
The apartment is at ground level and has sliding doors. The bathroom can be reached from the bedroom via a few steps through the living area.
A pellet stove and heating provide cozy warmth in the cold season.
The accommodation has a separate entrance and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, and there is also a parking space directly in front of the apartment.
