The holiday home is located in Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll, a typical North Frisian landscape characterised by expansive marshlands and agricultural terrain. The Südwesthörn North Sea swimming area is only about 3 kilometres away. The town centre offers various excursion options, including the town of Niebüll (12 km away). The nearest train station in Klanxbüll (6 km) provides quick access to the North Sea island of Sylt—the trip across the Hindenburgdamm takes about 30 minutes. The Danish border is also about a 20-minute drive away. There are ferry connections from Dagebüll to the islands of Föhr and Amrum, as well as from Schlüttsiel to the Halligen.

One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
One bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
In addition, the top-floor studio apartment features a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

Living Areas:
Both living rooms are equipped with pull-out sofa beds and offer additional sleeping accommodation. All living areas have a TV for social evenings. The group can sit together at the extendable dining table in the lower apartment.

Kitchens:
Two fully equipped kitchens, each with a dining area for four people.
An additional kitchenette on the upper floor. Everyone can dine together at the large dining table in the lower apartment.

Bathrooms:
Three shower rooms with a toilet and a bathtub on the ground floor.
