The apartment on the ground floor of the Cornelius House is so close to the coast that the panoramic ocean view from the terrace isn’t just a promise—it’s part of everyday life.

The 49 square metres are thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. In the living area, you’ll sleep on a raised box-spring bed, which ensures true relaxation with its comfortable feel. A sleeper sofa is also available for a third person. Bed linens and towels are included, so you can travel light. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer—everything you need for a relaxing start to the day.

The separate kitchen invites you to cook for yourself. It’s well-equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table makes the apartment feel like a little home away from home. In the evening, a TV provides entertainment, but to be honest, after a long day at the beach, most guests prefer to head out onto the terrace to enjoy the ocean view a little longer.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for couples who want to use the north beach of Norderney as their base, but it’s also a good choice for small groups of three. Bicycles can be stored at the nearby public bike rack. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
