This stylishly furnished tower villa offers about 240 m² of space, featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it’s perfect for families, friends, or special getaways together.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, fans, a washing machine, and a dryer. For little ones, a baby cot and high chair are available.
Step outside to your private slice of Mallorca: a private pool, Mediterranean garden, covered terrace, and barbecue area—ideal for relaxing evenings, sunsets, and unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms, and each room also has heating.
You will stay in the separate, private upper tower villa of the finca, ensuring maximum privacy, tranquility, and a unique charm.
