The apartment house is situated on a sunny and central place, just 50m (1 block) from the beautiful lake promenade. The view is over Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. There is a covered balcony with furniture and another smaller balcony. Building has elevator/lift. Arrival by car to the house is possible. Parking space is included. Bus stop and Locarno city center, with many shopping possibilities ca. 300m. Train station ca. 500m. Public pool and beach ca. 800m. Bed, kitchen linen are available. Washing machine for private use. Pets are not allowed.

Entrance. Living room with dining table, sofa, cable-TV, hi-fi with radio and CD player. Exit on the main, covered balcony (also laterally) with lake and mountain view. Kitchen is in a side room, open to living room, with modern electric stove/oven combination and dishwasher. 1 bedroom with king bed and exit on small balcony. 1 bedroom with two single beds.
