The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and 1 baby bed, lounge, TV, safe and Security door. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking in a car park in the town (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard or 300 m away).

Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (about 20 steps).
