Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einem China-Restaurant, es ist abends von 22 Uhr bis 23.30 Uhr laut. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr gut, Strand und Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, wirkt dadurch etwas ungemütlich. Die Möbel waren mit Bezügen versehen, die leider gar nicht passten Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig. .
