**Welcome**
Look forward to a brand-new holiday rental with a well-thought-out design and plenty of comfort! “Küstenliebe” is located on the 2nd floor of KÜSTE33 in Tossens—just 300 m from the dike and 600 m from the beach. Enjoy the large rooftop terrace with panoramic views, relaxing moments in the private sauna, and family-friendly amenities where everyone feels at home—even your dog is welcome!

**Living & Relaxing**
In the bright living area, you’ll find an open kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious dining area, and direct access to the rooftop terrace. A high-quality sleeper sofa, an additional fold-out bed, and a smart TV ensure cosy evenings. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and create a welcoming atmosphere.

**Sleeping**
In the separate bedroom, you’ll sleep on a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm). There’s also a smart TV here and direct access to the terrace. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a good night’s sleep. You’ll find two additional sleeping spots in the living area—ideal for families with children.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Enjoy some downtime in the private sauna right in the apartment! The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and stylish fixtures—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

**Family-Friendly**
Travel cot, high chair, books, and games—at “Küstenliebe,” we’ve got everyone covered, young and old alike. Thanks to the flexible sleeping arrangements in the living area, the apartment is also ideal for families with babies or (young) children.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly with the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
An lift takes you conveniently to the 2nd floor. Check-in is contactless via a key safe. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the lockable bike room. A private parking space right next to the house is also available.

**Location & Surroundings**
Tossens is located in the heart of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Heritage Site—ideal for days at the beach, mudflat hikes, and bike rides through the Butjadingen region. Friesenstrand Beach is just 600 m away, and the Aqua Mundo water park, cafés, and restaurants are within easy reach. Trips to Bremerhaven or the island of Butjadingen are also well worth it!
