Welcome to "Katel chez elle
House in the center of a small, quiet village, close to shops, church and schools.
Parking space, terrace not overlooked.
Ideal for a family, close to the Puy du fou.
Baby equipment available on request.
Ideal for a business traveler! close to the Cormier area.
House decorated with lots of salvage, finds and treasures...
Newly renovated gîte open since April 1, 2023!
Accommodation
Our house has parking, a garden and a terrace.
On the ground floor, you'll find a 30 m2 living room, a 10 m2 kitchen and a toilet.
Upstairs you'll find a 12 m2 master bedroom, and a second 10 m2 bedroom for another couple or children, which can accommodate up to 3 people.
Above the double bed in the second bedroom, there's a single bunk bed (see photo).
On the landing, a bathroom with a large shower.
Traveler access
Travelers have access to the entire house, the garden and the parking lot.
Other comments
We are flexible on times, if bookings allow.
Please leave the house clean and tidy.
Beds will be made, towels and kitchen towels are included.
