Private: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 160 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 11.6 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Crespenou" 3.1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 22 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 7 km.
