We are renting out the fully furnished upper floor of a townhouse (so you won’t have to worry about bumping your head on slanted ceilings) on the edge of the forest in Baruth/Mark.

The property is available for short- to medium-term rental as a holiday apartment. This means a continuous rental period of up to six months is possible.
Perfect, then, for escaping the summer heat and noise of city living.

The apartment offers the following amenities:

* 3 rooms, each sleeping 2 people
* 1 fully equipped kitchen
* Bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub
* East-facing balcony
* Towels and bed linens are provided
* Shared use of washing machines
* Located right on the edge of the forest
* Sustainable and hypoallergenic materials were used in the stonework, as well as in the wall paints and flooring
* Strong thermal insulation, so that heat cannot penetrate through the roof and walls in the summer (though it does come in through the windows, of course)
* High sound insulation to the interior to block out snoring roommates
* Some aluminium electric roller shutters
* Partially child-friendly amenities: a high chair in the kitchen including a baby seat (adjustable), a toilet seat adapter for children, and a changing pad are provided. You’ll need to bring your own bedding and travel cot.

* Noise and open fires are not permitted!
