Natürlich ist das rücksichtslose Rauchen sehr ärgerlich.
Aber die Einrichtung und das Gebäude entsprechen exakt den Bildern - daher dürfte es keine Überraschung gegeben haben oder Erwartungen enttäuscht.
Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihrer Erwartung nicht ganz gerecht werden konnten. Sie jedenfalls waren ein vorbildlicher Gast und sind jederzeit wieder willkommen.
