Sehr gute Lage und angenehme Unterkunft.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles notwendige ist vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Angenehm empfanden wir insbesondere das große und moderne Badezimmer (z. Bsp. ebenerdige Dusche ohne Tür oder Vorhang), was aus unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen eher selten ist. In dem zur Wohnung gehörende Garten kann sich der Gast ungestört entspannen. Von der Wohnung ist die Innenstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch der Wald für die Spaziergänge mit dem Hund befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Wasserfall und die Blackforestline Hängebrücke befindet sich in ca. 30 Minuten Entfernung (per pedes)). Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Ferienwohnung, insbesondere für Hundebesitzer. Cons: Natürlich findet sich immer etwas, was zu verbessern wäre. Im Falle der Wohnung von Frau Oerding sind dies nur Kleinigkeiten, wie z. Bsp. ein dritter Liegestuhl im Garten und eine dritte (bequeme) Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer. Ggf. wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt eine (kleine) Waschmaschine sinnvoll.
