About this property
Vacation home garden and pool Holiday apartment and guest house
We are renting out this small garden cottage on the edge of the forest, featuring 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa (160 cm wide), a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor shower for 99€ per day for 4 people.
Two additional people can stay in the separate guest house. This would cost an additional 10€ per day, per person.
Minimum stay: 6 days. If you wish to stay for fewer days, you’ll still be charged for 6 days.
Pets (additional fee) are welcome, and you’ll have exclusive use of the pool during your stay.

There is a coffee maker, a fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a small oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a stove with 2 burners. A grill is available, as well as an outdoor shower.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
There are 2 large parking spaces in front of the property.
A 20% deposit is due immediately; the balance must be received 14 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival; after that, the deposit will be retained.
A security deposit of 200€ for any damages incurred can be paid on the day of arrival. The same applies to the key deposit of €20.
Final cleaning: €40.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. (if we don’t have guests before then, you’re welcome to arrive earlier). Check-out should be by 11:00 a.m. (if we don’t have guests after you, you’re welcome to leave later).
Once the deposit is received, I’ll send you the booking confirmation and further information—preferably via WhatsApp or email.
SURROUNDINGS:
A 5-minute walk to the Old Oder River.
All shopping options are available.
Oderberg is located near the Niederfinow ship lift.
The beautiful Parsteinsee lake, with a great beach, is 8 km away.
15 km away is the trout pond, where you can rent fishing gear.
Boat tours are available in Oderberg. Canoe and bicycle rentals are also available.
The Polish market in Hohenwutzen is a 15-minute drive away.
Minimum stay: 6 days.
