Luxury home for up to 8 guests in Niechorze on the Polish Baltic Sea, featuring an elegant fireplace, a Finnish and infrared sauna, a Turkish steam bath, an indoor Jacuzzi for 2 people, and an outdoor hot tub for 6 people.

This is our first time renting out the property, and we’re renting it out privately. The house is complete, furnished with high-quality designer furniture, and equipped with every comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor areas (garden and driveway) are not yet finished. Therefore, we are currently offering the house for only 300€ per night.
Please understand that while you’ll be staying in a luxury home with a terrace and all modern amenities, you won’t yet be able to use the outdoor areas, such as the garden and paved driveway.

- Guest bathroom: Sink, toilet, and shower with rain shower and massage jets.

- Utility room: Washing machine and dryer.

UPPER FLOOR (with air conditioning):

- Bedroom 1: Double bed, TV (42"), loggia / balcony

Es ist sehr weit abgelegen von der nächsten Ortschaft. Das Grundstück ist noch nicht fertiggestellt und eine Baustelle. Darauf wird man beim Onlineauftritt nicht hingewiesen. Die Sauberkeit des Yakuzzi war mangelhaft. Im Haus gibt es Kameras. Die Stromkraft reicht nicht für die Geräte, die im Haus verbaut sind und genutzt werden können. Es erfolgt keine persönliche Übergabe. Trotz Einhalten der vorgegebenen telefonischen Hinweise, fiel ein Teil des Stromes aus und konnte auch nicht wieder eingeschalten werden, so dass wichtige Haushaltsgeräte ausfielen. Das ist ein Manko und wird vorher ebenfalls nicht erwähnt. Kaution wird dann damit begründet und abgedeckt und nicht zurückgezahlt.

2,5 Km vom Strand und Ort. Andere Gäste lieben die ruhige Lage. Sämtliche Bauarbeiten sind abgeschlossen, außer eine Grundstücksmauer, die zur eigentlichen Zufahrtsstrasse gehört. Die Mauer kann noch nicht erstellt werden, weil die Straße von der Gemeinde noch nicht gebaut wurde. Da es sich um ein großes Doppelgrundstück handelt, ist daher die Zufahrt auf der gepflasterten Einfahrt von der anderen Straße erstellt. Die Gartengestaltung ist im Gange und noch nicht komplett abgeschlossen. Aber "Baustelle" weisen wir von uns. Bisher waren auch alle vorherigen Gäste zufrieden und begeistert und einige kommen regelmäßig immer wieder gerne. Es gab eine einzige Stromregelung, nämlich dass nur 2 von insgesamt 3 Saunen gleichzeitig in Betrieb genommen werden sollten. Gegen diese Regel wurde von den Gästen missachtet. Darum isteine Hauptsicherung gesprungen, so dass dann auch einige anhängende Steckdosen dann ohne Funktion waren. Zwischenzeitlich ist die Stromabsicherung vom Stromanbieter ENEA aber erweitert worden, so dass diese Regelung künftig auch nicht mehr befolgt werden muß. Es gibt nur eine einzige Kamera im Untergeschoß Eingangsbereich, die mit der Alarmanlage gekoppelt ist und sich nur im Falle eines Alarms aktivieren läßt. Dieses dient ausschließlich zum Gebäudeschutz. Weder wir noch die Security kann diese Kamera ohne Alarm nicht aktivieren. Diese Gäste waren 3 Tage mit 8 Erwachsenen im Haus und keine Gäste zuvor haben das Haus so behandelt und hinterlassen, wie diese Gäste.
