Mooie, ruime woning met alle voorzieningen. Buiten een ruime tuin met voldoende zitruimte die overdag door de buurvrouw(?) wordt onderhouden. Wolfgang reageert zeer snel en adequaat op berichtjes. Alleen de duiven zijn soms wat luidruchtig
