This fully air conditioned 4 bedroom, 3 bath house on 1/2 acre lot sleeps 8 with 2 master suites! The main house has 3 bedrooms. One with a queen, one with 2 twins and one master suite with a queen. The 2nd master suite is located in a separate attached portion of the house with separate entrance. It is a large room with a queen bed and an AC unit and the full bath has a shower stall. The entire house has been recently renovated with new floors, carpets, fixtures and appliances. The open kitchen is modern and well equipped. The deck/patio area has a gas grill and furniture great for evening barbeques. A beautiful custom outdoor shower completes the outdoor living space.This rental is located just 1.5 miles to Hardings beach and 1 mile from Ridgevale beach in Chatham and 2.5 miles to Chatham Village Center. A beautiful rental, filled with natural light , open space and in a convenient location! Linens and bath towels included.

Great home, immaculate!

We traveled to the cape for a short weekend wedding, with an impending hurricane on its way. We were pleasantly surprised to find ample parking, a VERY clean home and flashlights/instructions on how to handle a potential power outage. Despite the high winds, the house was so quiet. We had a great weekend stay and would definitely consider renting again. Great amenities and great locations.

Lovely stay in Chatham

The house was lovely and spacious, large open concept kitchen/living room/dining room where we spent most of our time. Nice outdoor shower and outdoor space had good seating and was very quiet and private. Overall a lovely stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious home near Chatham

This house was great! It had a fantastic outdoor shower, a large backyard, 4 nicely sized bedrooms, and a spacious living area. It is just a short drive from downtown Chatham and many ponds. We stayed here with extended family and two young kids (5 and 2) and everything we needed was here. Highly recommend!

Great Chatham family rental

We would highly recommend this rental for a large family or multiple families staying in Chatham. The location was great with nearby access to the bike path. We also were pleasantly surprised by the size of the yard, which offered a great space for the kids to play. The outdoor shower was fantastic post-beach. Also appreciated the pack ‘n play and beach chairs that were provided. There are two master suites and one is entirely separate entrance. It worked for us but might be tough for families who want young kids within ear shot during the night. Overall, great stay and experience with this rental!

Great location, well-stocked, plenty of room

Great property in a great location, with quick access to the beaches, Chatham center and also HarwichPort. Although it's on the main road, it's set back enough that you wouldn't even know it. The extra master suite was very helpful for staying with extended family. The house had everything we needed for the nights we stayed in and cooked. Cute, Cape decor and very clean. Would recommend!

We spent some of the most wonderful times of our lives renting houses on the Cape and Islands. Our children ,now 20 (the little guy holding my hand in the picture) and 17, still cherish those summer memories and look forward to making new ones in a place of our own.
A couple of years ago we decided the time was right to find that place. This home was perfect for us and we have put a lot of ourselves into it.

We have rented a lot of homes in the past and we have made an effort to make our home a place that we would have been excited to visit. The house is filled with natural light making it bright and cheery. The open floor plan with cathedral ceiling makes for an inviting central gathering area while the bedroom layout affords privacy.
We love to cook, so the kitchen is well appointed for guests who wish to prepare their own meals.
