Das Haus ist schick gestaltet, modern und neu. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür ist ein großes PLUS.Auch die Lage am Wasser und der große Spielplatz werten den Aufenthalt auf der Anlage sehr auf.Leider gibt es nur ein WC und das Haus verfügt über 6 Schlafplätze. Das Mengen Verhältnis passt hier gar nicht. Das ist aber natürlich der Anzeige vorher zu entnehmen. Am Wochenende unseres Besuchs regnete es viel, was (unserer Vermutung nach) dazu führte, dass die Abwasserleitungen im WC sehr stark rochen. Da der Wohnraum und die offene Küche ans WC grenzen, war das ein dickes MINUS. Alles in allem: okay

Liebe Yasemin P., danke für Ihre Buchung und für Ihr Feedback. Es freut uns, dass Sie die Einrichtung und Lage des Hauses so positiv beurteilen. Wir investieren auch kontinuierlich in die gute Erhaltung von Haus und Garten. Die Sache mit der Toilette tut uns leid und so etwas hören wir tatsächlich zum ersten Mal. Am Regen wird es nicht gelegen haben. Sie funktioniert sonst einwandfrei. Wenn es allerdings Auffälligkeiten (mit was auch immer) gibt, ist es ratsam, sich sofort an die Rezeption in der Lobby zu wenden. Diese informiert den technischen Dienst, der schnell für Abhilfe sorgt. Das ist besser, als sich zu ärgern. Um so enttäuschter und überraschter sind wir, dass Sie uns nur 6 von 10 Punkten gegeben haben. Die anderen Rückmeldungen bei Google und traum-ferienwohnungen.de sind weitaus angemessener.
