Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, wie belastend euer Aufenthalt für euch verlaufen ist. Bereits die notwendige Umbuchung kurz vor Reisebeginn aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ist alles andere als ein gelungener Start in den Urlaub – dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen.
Dass die alternative Wohnung bei Anreise nicht in dem Zustand war, den man erwarten darf, bedauern wir sehr. Sauberkeit und Funktionsfähigkeit – insbesondere WLAN und eine schimmelfreie Umgebung – sind für uns selbstverständlich. Dass ihr hier selbst tätig werden musstet, sollte keinesfalls vorkommen.
Bezüglich der zugesagten Rückzahlung verstehen wir euren Ärger absolut. Eine verbindlich angekündigte Erstattung muss selbstverständlich zeitnah umgesetzt werden. Wir prüfen den Vorgang umgehend intern und setzen uns direkt mit euch in Verbindung, um die Angelegenheit transparent und abschließend zu klären.
Es liegt in keiner Weise in unserem Interesse, Gäste hinzuhalten oder Vertrauen zu verspielen. Umso wichtiger ist es uns, hier schnell für Klarheit zu sorgen.
