Als wir rein sind hat die ganze wohnung gestunken nach alten pipi putzlappen .pfui ..die dusche war defekt in der küche tropfte der wasseranschluss von der spüle die küchenzeile war nicht fertig gestellt .Am schlimsten war wirklich der duft in der ganzen Wohnung. Draußen an der müll sammelstelle ist der müll so über gelaufen wurde von den anderen Bewohnern nur als neuer müll dazu gestellt ...

Positiv - die Wohnung war recht groß relativ gut ausgestattet - teilweise verbraucht.Negativ - es hätte sauberer sein können viele Spinnen an den Decken, die Wände waren Dreckig, die Küche war teilzerlegt, Anscheinend ist eine neue Geschirrspülmaschine teilmontiert worden, im Bad ist die Duschkabine Kaputt die musste ich Provisorisch reparieren, anfangende Schimmelbildung im Bad an der Decke, einige Plissees waren Kaputt bzw. vergilbt Mit ein wenig Aufwand und Renovierung wäre die Wohnung sehr gut gewesen

Positiv: Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist der Dorfkern fußgängisch zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und somit ideal für Familien. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küchenzeile, wirkt überwiegend neuwertig. Negativ: Leider herrschte während des gesamten Aufenthalts ein leichter Muffgeruch im großen Eingangsbereich des Hauses sowie im Flur und Schlafzimmer der Wohnung, der auch nicht durch langes Durchlüften zu beseitigen war. Die Küchenzeile war zwar neuwertig, jedoch ist der Aufbau noch nicht gänzlich abgeschlossen (Front der Spülmaschine fehlt, großes Loch in der Sockelleiste). Darüber hinaus hätte der Eigentümer auch gerne die Spülmaschine ausräumen dürfen. Dem großzügigen Aufenthaltsraum schließt sich eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit an, welche allerdings, esseidenn das persönliche Hygienebedürfnis ist nicht stark ausgeprägt, so nicht nutzbar ist. Die Sitzgruppe ist stark verdreckt, der Strandkorb bestach durch seine großflächige nasse und grünalgige Rückenlehne. Hier wäre weniger durch eine Entsorgung der Sitzgruppe sicherlich mehr gewesen. Die Hygiene des Badezimmers war zwar akzeptabel, allerdings ist an einigen Stellen zu sehen, dass die Renovierung offensichtlich schnell beendet werden musste (u.a. fallen beide Duschschiebetüren regelmäßig um). Weiterhin liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass die kleinen schwarzen Stellen an der neutapezierten Decke über der Dusche auf nichts Gutes schließen lassen und eventuell eine Teilkausalität zum angesprochenen Geruch besteht.

Wir haben uns sehr auf den Urlaub gefreut. Der 1.Eindruck der Wohnung war schön. Aber dann fingen die Probleme an. Im Schlafzimmer Schimmel hinter dem Bett. In der Spülmaschine Schimmel. Schimmel auch auf den Küchenhandtuch. Vermieter nicht erreichbar

Urlaub mit Familie und Hunden

Super gelegene Wohnung im kleinen, beschaulichen Ort Horumsiel. Eine neue Spülmaschine war vor unserem Urlaub eingebaut worden. Leider konnte der Einbau bis zu unserer Ankunft nicht komplett abgeschlossen werden.Die Verpackung der Spülmaschine wurde auf der Terasse gelagert und wurde wärend unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nicht entsorgt. Uns wurde zwar kurz vor Anreise noch ein aktualisiertes Passwort für das Wlan mitgeteilt. Leider war das Wlan aber überhauptnicht verfügbar. Der Vermieter hat nach der Meldung sehr schnell reagiert und versucht Alternativen anzubieten. Leider ohne Erfolg. Auch ein Einsatz eines Servicemitarbeiters vor Ort am nächsten Tag war nicht erfolgreich. Wlan konnte innerhalb unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht bereitgestellt werden.
