A separate entrance leads to this quiet, non-smoking apartment, which features 3 rooms and a ceiling height of 2.30 m. From the open kitchen with its dining area, you have direct access to the cosy terrace, where you can also relax. The kitchen itself is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a freezer. The modern bathroom with a shower is spacious.
The separate living room features a cosy sitting area.
You reach the bedroom via three steps. The double bed measures 1.80 m x 2.00 m, and you can store your clothes in the spacious closet.
In the garden, you’ll find a small lawn for sunbathing and a separate area for smokers.

Visitor’s tax and final cleaning fees are billed directly on site.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
