Sehr gediegen ( Sofa, Sessel, Tische, Lampen, Vorhänge, Schrankwand, Betten, Bilder)eingerichtetes räumlich grosszügiges Einzimmer-App. 15 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Bad Herrenalb am Hang und wunderschön am Wald gelegen mit luftigem Balkon im 6. Stock. Sehr ruhiges Haus. Die Gartennutzung ist mangels Bänken oder Liegestühlen nicht möglich. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist eher dürftig bzgl. Geschirr- und Besteckausstattung. Das Bad bietet eine Badewanne und die Duschbrause ist hervorragend, die Badezimmermöbel sehr ansprechend. Kleiner Flur mit Garderobe und grossem Spiegelschrank.
