The exclusive property is situated in an absolutely secluded location in the heart of Tuscany, with an enchanting view of the beautiful hilly landscape and the Etruscan provincial capital of Arezzo.

The quiet country house has been completely renovated while retaining its rustic ambience, with wooden beamed ceilings and typical terracotta floors in all the living areas.

There are 2 equally sized living units with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The bedrooms, two doubles and two twins (can be converted into doubles), have 3 bathrooms and a small relaxation area with some fitness equipment. A total of 3 beds can be added.

Guests have 2 bright, spacious living rooms and 2 kitchens at their disposal, which are equipped with all modern comforts such as dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.

The detached natural stone villa (40 ha plot) offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside with green forests and olive groves, but is also secluded and thus maintains privacy, as the nearest neighbour is far away.

The swimming pool (14 x 7m, depth: 1.40m) with its spacious sunbathing area, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, is located not far from the house.

There is a shaded dining area for all guests to enjoy al fresco meals, which can be prepared on the barbecue or pizza oven.

Please note:

The holiday home is only rented exclusively. This means that the entire house, the garden and the pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

The access road is also suitable for low-slung vehicles.

The nearest village is just 1 km away, where you will find grocery shops, a restaurant, bar, post office and bus stop.

There are also attractive sporting activities in the immediate vicinity: Horse riding, tennis and the thermal baths.

A riding stable is 2 km away, a tennis court 3 km, the thermal baths 30 km The property is only 3 km from Arezzo, the ancient Etruscan city, and is an ideal starting point for day trips to the famous cultural cities such as Cortona, Siena, Perugia or Florence.

The beautiful nature of this region invites you to enjoy many activities such as cycling tours, hikes, etc. You should also try the gastronomic specialities of this region.

The pool is open from May to October (earlier or later on request)
