Studio 'Landa' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Small house located in the village of Gressan, composed of a ground-floor studio apartment called "Landa." It features a kitchenette (with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and induction hob), a bathroom, and a living area with a double bed. The name “Landa” comes from a traditional fireplace that was in the apartment before its renovation in 1985.



Guests have access to ski and bike storage, as well as a private outdoor parking space located 50 meters away. Upon arrival, you will always be welcomed in person. I’m René, a firefighter for the Regional Command and a marathon runner in my free time. Alongside my mother Tiziana (who manages the apartments) and my father Ettore (a retired man who tends his vineyards), we decided to open this space to travelers eager to explore our beautiful region.



The house is in a strategic location: within 500 meters, you'll find a grocery store, butcher, deli, pharmacy, hardware store, and a library housed in the historic Maison St. Anselme. A bus stop just 100 meters away takes you in 10 minutes to Aosta’s city center, Gros Cidac supermarket, the Aosta–Pila cable car, and the Aosta train station – all within 4 km.



Just 1 km away, there’s a beautiful green area perfect for families, featuring a 1,000-meter paved loop ideal for exercise. From here, a cycling path runs along the Dora Baltea River, linking Gressan to Pollein and reaching as far as St. Marcel, 14 km away. The chance to enjoy sports in nature without traffic is one of the highlights of this central valley. Our location makes it easy to explore the entire region with minimal driving.
