Villa Dionysus is located in the sunny coastal town of Balchik, Bulgaria, just 500 metres from the sea. With numerous tourist attractions nearby, including the famous Botanical Gardens, the Summer Palace and the promenade, within walking distance of the villa and Family Resort Albena a 6-minute drive away, you can enjoy a wonderful family holiday in this dream villa.

Just 150 metres from the main Balchik - Albena road, you enter the villa's gated private property via an easily accessible paved road. In the front garden of the villa there is space to park 2 cars inside the gate, an additional car can be parked in the driveway and there is more free parking a little further down the street in front of the villa.

Villa Ovid has the entrance on this garden side of the house and leads to the entrance/cloakroom on the ground floor and the entrance hall with internal stairs to the upper floors. The rest of the ground floor consists of a toilet and a 50 m² living room with a large open-plan kitchen. Here you have enough seating space for a cosy family dinner, and there are several sofas to relax or enjoy a retro video game on the 55-inch flat-screen TV. From the living room, sliding glass doors lead to the large terrace with a vine-covered veranda, where you can enjoy the Bulgarian summer on the south side of the villa.

Upstairs, on the second floor, there are three spacious bedrooms: a quadruple bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a hydrojet shower, and two double bedrooms with a brand new shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A large full-width south-facing balcony can be accessed from all bedrooms, and there is another balcony above the entrance to enjoy the surroundings on the other side of the villa.

On the third floor there is a spacious landing (with table football) leading to two large bedrooms, one of which is a 25 m² double bedroom (sleeps 4) and the other a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath and/or shower, toilet and washbasin. From both bedrooms you reach an extra-large full-width balcony, with breathtaking views of the sea and the lower area.

In this south-facing front garden with sea views there is a large terrace with pergula, a seating area for the whole family and a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. In the sunny garden there is a 3.6-metre round swimming pool. Further to the rear is a playground with trampoline and sandpit for children.
